Resident Discount Card & Season Pass Information
- Resident Discount Card: City of Belle Plaine residents register online or at City Hall with proof of residency. Allows you to receive the discounted rate per session at admissions. Also required for resident free swim sessions.
- Season Aquatic Pass: The aquatic season pass is a pre-paid unlimited membership. Photos are required for each season pass holder and issued at City Hall. City of Belle Plaine residents to receive discounted rate, will need to provide proof of residency.
- Family season pass or resident discount card definition: Immediate family members consisting of up to 2 adults (parents/legal guardians) and their dependent children ages 23 and under permanently residing in the same household.
Photo Identification
The City of Belle Plaine requires photo identification on Aquatic Center passes. Photos are taken at City Hall (218 N Meridian Street) during regular office hours (Monday through Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm).
Definitions
- Resident - Person who lives within the Belle Plaine city limits (boundaries).
- Non-Resident - Person who does not live within the Belle Plaine city limits (boundaries).

Resident must pre-register with address and/or utility account number for discounted entrance of $4.
Disclaimer
The Belle Plaine Aquatic Center is owned, operated and fully funded by the City of Belle Plaine. The City of Belle Plaine has defined a resident as an individual who lives within the city limits and pays city tax dollars. Since residents already pay City of Belle Plaine taxes to support the funding of the aquatic center, they are eligible for the discounted resident rate.
